Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using BookIT. By using the platform, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
By accessing or using BookIT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their teams who use BookIT to manage interview scheduling.
BookIT is an interview scheduling platform developed by Function Labs. It enables businesses to create interview booking links, manage candidate availability, send confirmations, and track the hiring process. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and is subject to updates and improvements from time to time.
To use BookIT, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@functionlabs.co.uk.
You agree to use BookIT only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use the platform to harass, deceive, or mislead candidates. • Collect or store candidate data beyond what is needed for recruitment. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts. • Use the platform to transmit unsolicited messages (spam). • Violate any applicable laws, including data protection legislation.
As a business user of BookIT, you are the data controller for candidate data you collect through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of candidate data complies with UK GDPR and any other applicable data protection laws. Function Labs acts as a data processor on your behalf. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further detail.
All content, branding, software, and materials on BookIT are the intellectual property of Function Labs unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
We aim to maintain high availability of the BookIT platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Function Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BookIT, including but not limited to loss of candidates, missed interviews, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Function Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to BookIT at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of BookIT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
